Update #2 with thanks to abs0luteb4stard:

The center sigil is for Furfur:

‘Furfur’ or ‘furfures’ in Latin means “bran”. However it seems more likely that the name is a corruption of ‘Furcifer’ the Latin word for scoundrel. a powerful Great Earl of Hell, being the ruler of twenty-nine legions of demons. He is a liar unless compelled to enter a magic triangle where he gives true answers to every question, speaking with a rough voice. Furfur causes love between a man and a woman, creates storms, tempests, thunder, lightning , and blasts, and teaches on secret and divine things.

I’m familiar with the Elder Futhark Runes Constantine used in this demon seal. I can infer, extrapolate, and guess at why he chose those particular runes for this purpose, but the post would become too lengthy. If anyone is interested in reading my thoughts about it, let me know. I’ll try to share them in another post.

The spell used is Relictum Spiritum Ex Purgationes or Relictum spiritum expurgationis [“Abandoned Spirits from the Purgatory” (Latin)]

An update on the spell used in Danse Vaudou, with thanks to thehallofjudgment

Constantine 1×07: Blessed are the Damned.

The Chi Rho monogram/symbol that appeared during John’s angel summoning spell.

Update #1 from Catholic.com:

You are speaking of the chi-rho monogram. Though the two letters look like P and X in the English alphabet, they are actually chi (looks like X) and rho (looks like P) from the Greek alphabet. They also happen to be the first two letters of “Christ” in Greek (Christos). Hence the chi-rho monogram is used as a symbol of Christ, Christianity, and Christians.

Update 2 from Wikipedia:

Constantine 1×08: The Saint of Last Resorts.

John invoking Pazuzu.

“Kaskassu sutu ilu, il Pazuzu. Kunu bel-palluhi nabu kunu utukku!”

(If anyone happens to have a transcription of the entire command/spell used, please let me know. Thank you)

Update #1 from TV Transcripts Database:

“Kaskassu sutu ilu, il Pazuzu. Kunu bel-palluhi nabu kunu utukku!”

Update #2 from @dosintheshell:

“Kaskassu sutu ilu, il Pazuzu. Kunu bel-palluhi nabu kunu utukku”

Kaskassu – overpowering
sutu – south wind
ilu,il -GOD
Kunu – Genitive,Plural ,masculine (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Akkadian_language)
Bel-palluhi -??? son of the king may be or prince,I dont know =)
Nabu -? dont know  its assirian god (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nabu)
Utukku – evil demon (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Utukku)

The following is a curious example of such an invocation, found engraved in cuneiform on a statue of the Assyrian demon Pazuzu. Although it seems to constitute an identification with the demon, it was actually considered a protective amulet with the power to command this entity not to harm people or their possessions (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Invocation):
“I am Pazuzu, son of the king of the evil spirits, that one who descends impetuously from the mountains and bring the storms. That is the one I am.”
